The partnership aims to provide additional GPU compute services to power the newly launched Ethereum Validator operations by Zerebro.
Decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) for GPUs announced its partnership with , a creative autonomous AI agent, as the latter company moves towards Ethereum Validation services. The partnership will see Zerebro leverage io.net’s scalable and geo-distributed GPU network to enhance its compute power and drive forward Ethereum Validation operations in the decentralized AI ecosystem.
According to the press release, the partnership will allow Zerebro to leverage the “Internet of GPUs” infrastructure to tap into decentralized compute resources, ensuring reliability and scalability for its Ethereum validation activities. This milestone is in line with io.net’s recent partnerships in the AI and blockchain fields and its general vision of providing AI startups with affordable and scalable GPU resources.
Speaking on the partnership, Zerebro Co-Founder Agustin Cortes believes the access to vast decentralized GPU services on demand will enable users on the platform to explore and innovate futuristic AI applications, as well as, complex AI DApps such as economic models and governance systems.
“Zerebro is at the forefront of bridging the AI and crypto future,” Cortes said. “By building on io.net’s decentralized compute network, we can innovate while staying true to the crypto principles of decentralization.”
Tausif Ahmed, Chief Business Development Officer at io.net echoed the statements highlighting the importance of the growing synergy between DePIN platforms and the growing decentralized AI economy.
“This collaboration between io.net and Zerebro marks an exciting step forward for autonomous agents and decentralized AI in general,” Ahmed explained. “Zerebro can build with io.net’s permissionless and globally distributed compute network, ensuring it has the ability to continuously sustain operations and to keep innovating.”
The strategic collaboration is set to open up the world of AI and blockchain to developers, allowing them to be more creative and build more scalable applications and AI agents. Terming the partnership “a first glimpse of the future”, Ahmed believes millions of AI agents will leverage decentralized compute networks to power an array of on-chain tasks, extending the capabilities of what agents can do.
DePIN GPU Services Powering Future AI Agents
As a brainchild of Jeff Yu and Agustin Cortes, Zerebro has positioned itself as a pioneering AI agent with solutions to complex user problems. The platform offers a creative autonomous AI agent that dynamically engages with the digital world. Users on the platform can leverage the AI agent to work on diverse digital chores such as posting on social media, executing blockchain transactions, generating original artwork, and composing music. The AI agent continuously learns, hence the need for huge GPU resources for AI modelling and development.
Notwithstanding, the development team has been developing an open-source framework called Zerepy, which streamlines the process of launching AI agents and developing custom in-house models, fostering a more accessible environment for innovation.
With the AI agent firmly in place, the company turned its focus to securing the Ethereum blockchain by launching Ethereum Validator operations. The partnership with io.net aims to advance the newly launched feature while simultaneously enhancing its core creative and technical endeavours.
“This collaboration will be the stepping stone for agents to have the autonomy to plug into web3 infrastructure,” Cortes said. “Decentralized compute will be the lifeblood of agents and we are excited to be tinkering at the cutting edge.”
Creating A Sustainable Future For AI Agents
As alluded to, the partnership aims to create a brighter future in the autonomous AI agents industry. By harnessing io.net’s versatile GPU clusters, Zerebro can sustain its operations, generate revenue, and explore innovations such as developing large language models (LLMs) on decentralized compute networks.
With partnerships with over 100+ AI startups, io.net is revolutionizing the decentralized AI field, offering robust and cost-effective infrastructure. Zerebro joins the fray, aiming to revolutionize Ethereum network validation and creative AI agents. The partnership not only strengthens Zerebro’s capabilities but showcases the broader potential for web3 infrastructure to support AI agents, fostering a future that is autonomous, creative, and decentralized.
